Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read this site and sign up, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, which is also what the European Accessibility Act and comparable rules in the UK and US expect of an online shop.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with one heading structure, landmarks and a skip link.
- Every drawing and picture has a text description (an SVG title and description, or an image's alt text), or is marked decorative.
- Colour is never the only carrier of meaning; the report uses words as well as colour.
- Text and background contrast meet AA in both the dark and the light theme.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with visible focus, and honours reduced-motion settings.
- Text reflows to 400 % zoom and to phone widths without horizontal scrolling.
- No time limits, no autoplay, no content that flashes.
Known limitations
- The sample report's pages are images; each has a text description, and the full report is a linked PDF. On a phone, open the PDF to read the small print.
- On narrow screens, the tables of the privacy notice and the cookie page scroll sideways in their own box.
