Terms of sale
DRAFT, NOT IN FORCE. This text is a draft for the operator and a lawyer to check. It applies to no order until this notice is gone.
These terms apply when you order from this site. They are in addition to the terms of use and the privacy notice. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away a right the law of your country gives you.
Who sells
The digital plans (the app and the printable files, a digital product) are sold by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, as reseller and merchant of record: you pay Lemon Squeezy, it sends the receipt and handles the tax, and its buyer terms apply to the payment. We give the licence and the files.
The made kit (a physical product) is sold by Olga Sedova, 15 Rue d’Eschweiler, L-6235 Beidweiler, Luxembourg. Email hello@camberay.com. Until it can be ordered, the shop takes reservations only: a reservation is not an order and costs nothing.
What you get
- The made kit: the targets made and checked by us, with the app for life.
- A digital plan: the app and the files to print the kit's targets yourself, in one of three ways:
- For life: with no end date.
- A year: it renews each year until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the year you paid for. [Open point, under legal review: notice before each renewal and how to cancel]
- A 30-day pass: one payment. It ends 30 days after the order and does not renew.
“The app” is the licence for the app and its reading service, for the account you buy with. [Open point: what stays in your account when a year or a pass ends]
Personal use. Every plan, the made kit included, is for personal use: unlimited measurements of up to 5 cars. Measuring more cars, or other people's cars as a business, needs a commercial licence.
The shop page and the checkout say which of these an order is, and its price.
Prices and payment
The price at the checkout is the price you pay, with the taxes of your country where they apply. You pay at the checkout of the payment provider; we never see your card.
Delivery
Digital: the licence and the files are in your account a minute after the payment (sign in with the email address of the order). Made kit: it ships to the address of the order by the date the checkout states. If we cannot ship by that date, we tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Your right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK)
The made kit: you may withdraw within 14 days of the day you receive it, without a reason. We refund the price and the standard delivery within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until the kit is back with us. You pay the cost of sending it back. You are liable only for loss of value from handling it more than you need to see what it is and whether it works.
A digital plan: you may withdraw within 14 days of the order. If you ask us to start at once (you download the files, or the app reads a car) and confirm at the checkout that you then lose the right of withdrawal, the right ends when the delivery starts. The software licence
- The licence is for you and the kit, for personal use: unlimited measurements of up to 5 cars. It is not for resale. A workshop, a club or anyone measuring more cars needs a commercial licence.
- The files of the printable kit are for your own use: do not sell or share them.
- The reading service reads the cars of your account, for as long as your plan runs. We may improve the app and the service; we do not take away what you bought. [Open point: the reading service's fair use, in line with personal use: unlimited measurements of up to 5 cars]

Faults, and what the figures are
The law's guarantee of conformity applies: a made kit with a fault, or software that does not do what we said, is put right, replaced or refunded. The app gives each figure with its check and refuses a wheel it cannot check. Its figures are measurements, not a promise about your car: compare them with the car maker's specification, and drive carefully after an adjustment.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are liable only for loss we could foresee when the order was made. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law and disputes
Write to us first: hello@camberay.com. These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg; a consumer keeps the protection of the law of the country they live in, and may bring a claim in its courts.
Changes
The terms in force when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
